Salient Features
Computer Facility

The college has 360 core 2 duo machines and five servers equipped with licensed software. All computers in the college building are networked (LAN) and are with internet facility of 16 Mbps. Advanced HP Plotter is available for students to complete their assigned word. 80 INA UPS system is installed for uninterrupted power supply to computers.

Instructional & Other Facilities

Room, Boy's common room. Playground, Medical first Aid room etc. are provided with needed amenities. Laptop & LCD projectors are available for instructional purpose.

Large backup generator is installed in the College to provide electric power supply during the load shedding periods.

BSNL made EPABX with 96 lines are installed for intercom and external telecommunication facilities. Photo copy is made available in library deportment.

Library

The College is an open access to stack library. The library hos over T1h200C0ovolumes covering various subject. In addition, the library subscribe to 52 national and 15 online journals related to engineering and science

A section of the library is reserved as a digital library. The digital library has 10 computers and several E-learning CDs. Library is subscribing to INDEST IEEE, Springer Mechanical GATE & JASTM digital library are available to students and staff with NPTEL facility.

Library automation software Auto lib is installed for easy indexing, issue and return of all books.

Staff

The College has dedicated teaching & non teaching staff who are young professional committed to their expertise and teaching. The College encourages the staff members to upgrade their qualifications and skills.

Hostels

College has girls' hostel with more than 80 student and Boys' hostel with more than 300 students capacities with modern amenities.

Location

UCOER student is expected to comply with rules & regulation of the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Director of Technical Education. The College strictly enforces all discipline related and attendance related rules. Noncompliance could result in dismissal of a student from the college.

Ragging

Ragging is strictly prohibited as per ragging act 1999. It any incident of ragging comes to notice of the authority concerned, the accused student will be given an opportunity to explain and it his explanation is not satisfactory. the authority would expel him/her from the institution.

There are no ragging cases from last Six years in this institute.
